Tabitha Otwell for and in consideration of the love and affection which she has for her sister Grace Boston does grant all her dower rights and right, title, and claim: that is to say all that tract that was formerly property of Tabitha's husband, James Otwell. Also Tabitha give to her sister Negro fellow Abraham.
