Abstract For and in consideration of the sum of 60 pounds current money, the grantors convey and make over to Long a Negro man Jack which the grantors are entitled to as equal distribution with Samuel and Thomas Dorman, sons of the said Chase and to have all the right, title and claim to the said Negro clear of any claim from Samuel and Thomas on the condition that the said Long pay to the said Samuel and Thomas the sum levied by the orphans court
