Abstract For and in consideration of the provisions hereafter mentioned, and for the sum of 25 shillings current money, the said Priscilla conveys and makes over to Thomas Irving [Holbrook], the following Negroes: being Negro boy Joe, Negro boy Bob, Negro girl Lucy and 1 bed and furn.. To Sally the following Negroes: Negro man Charles, Negro boy ---, Negro woman Tamer, Negro girl Sarah and Negro girl Priscilla and also 1 bed and furn. and to have on the condition that they permit the said Priscilla during and for her natural life to have the use and possession of the said Negroes and bed and furn. and should they not, then their share is forfeited.
