Abstract farm comprising "Haywards Seat", "McDonalds Desire", "Haywards Farm", "Addition to Haywards Farm", Buck Neck", "Wards Meadows" and "Addition to Wards Meadows", purchased by said James Webb from Mary Warren by deed WJ6:152 containing in the part hereby sold, about 245-250 acres; parts having been heretofore sold off to Stephen Johns (20 acres), John Stanley (19-3/4 acres), and Moses Stanley (25 acres).
