Abstract lot on the road from Cambridge to Castle Haven Neck, purchased by said Thomas J. Dail form the late Arthur Bell, containing about 14 acres, being part of "Belfield" and "Clifton", described in deed ER9:337 from Littleton M. Robinson to Arthur Bell, dated 1824, and conveyed to said Thomas J. Dail by Brice J. Goldsborough, trustee by deed WJ4:124 dated 1848.
