Abstract Articles of Agreement between William Wyatt and Jane Wyatt (free negroes) and Benedict Wyatt (free negro) all of of Caroline Co. - in cons. Of the assumption of Benedict Wyatt to pay to a certain attorney named David Blackson the sum of $100 for services in defending William Wyatt, to be tried in Queen Anne's Court on the charge ofmurcher (Nov. term) - William and Jane convey their child, James O. Wyatt (coloured), aged 8 years in June 1859, to serve until he is aged 21.
