Abstract Warner R. Busteed to Dr. P.J. Reynolds, to sell in trust - all that parcels of land purchased of James Gooding and four young negroes, to serve until they are aged 30, viz: Alex, 10; Harrison, nearly 9; Eliza, nearly 4; and Frank, aged 2 - also claim to Schooner "Louisa Stewart" and one large scow - to satisfy his creditors (list of creditors & sums owed included).
