Garey - cons. $100 - negro man Willis Grace, believed to be a slave for life - in this county and in possession of John Perry, formerly a slave of James Brannock, late of Caroline Co. and by James Brannock was sold to John Perry for a term of years to expire in 1844 and by Brannock's will was made a residuary devise to Samuel E. Brannock.
