Abstract Robert A. Mears, Negro boy 14 yo on 15 February last past comes to Court. He is not at service or learning a trade or employed in service of his parents. He is bound by Court as apprentice to to Ebenezer Powell until 21 yo; to learn trade of a farmer. He is to receive suitable clothing and maintenance during apprenticeship & at expiration of term to receive suit of clothes work $15 or that amount in money.
