Abstract John Cuff, 10 yo on 21 August next, son of Molly Cuffy who is in indigent circumstances & with her consent, is bound by the Court to apprentice with Minos P. Truitt until 21 Aug 1861 when he will be 21 yo. He is to learn the trade of a common laborer and is to receive sufficient meat, drinks, clothing & lodging during his term. At expiration of term he is to receive 2 suits of wearing apparel, one for Sundays & 1 for working days.
