Abstract Justices of the Peace bind John H. Houston, 9 yo on 15 September next, son of free Negro, Henry Houston (with his approbation), free Negro, to Samuel J. Lambdon as apprentice to learn art of farming. Starting today until 15 Sep 1862 when he is 21 yo. Houston is to be provided with sufficient meat, drink, clothing & lodging during apprenticeship & $25 at end of term.
