Abstract Ordered that George W. Bishop administrator of James B. Bishop deceased is authorized to sell at private sale the Negroes belonging to estate of said deceased amongst the heirs aforesaid dec'd provides they do not sell under the appraisement and administrator shall give notice of place & day and hour when sale is to take place and fairly to be bid for by the heirs of deceased.
