Abstract Ordered that Amanda P. Bevans, administrator of Rowland Bevans, deceased, is hereby authorized to sell & dispose of the Negroes remaining in the deceased's estate at private sale to the best advantage for the benefit of estate provided she doesn't sell them for less than appraised value.
