Abstract Amelia Dorman, Negro girl 14 yo, came into Court & is represented to not being at service, learning a trade or in service of her parents; she is without sufficient means for her maintenance. She is bound as apprentice until 18 yo to John Sturgis of John to learn trade of housework. She is to be supplied with suitable clothing & maintenance during apprenticeship & when free to receive $15.
