| Abstract | testator desires that his Negroes Letita, Louisa, Martin, Elizabeth, and George to be appraised as part of the personal estate and that they shall be accepted by the testator's children at their value and the testator's children to accept them according to seniority, and should the testator's children not accept them, then such of the slaves are to be sold by the testator's executor to good masters in Sussex County and the children not accepting such Negroes to be paid the value of them |
