Heirs Negroes: Charles, Betty Moses, Rose, Nice and any children
Abstract I order that the Negroes that I hold in bondage shall be free on the following dates: to be free and at their liberty - Charles on 1 March 1793, Betty on 1 March 1794, Moses on 26 April 1811. If any of the Negro girls shall have children, the said chldren to be free at the age of 21 years.
