Abstract "It is also my will and desire that the Negroes that I have in my possession that is in dispute; if they should fall to me or my Executors, on settement, to be free at the age of thirty years. The Negroes being a Negro man named Isaac who is 21 years old and 10 months. Isaace to serve my wife [Leah Bacon] during her widowhood and ifshe should marry, he shall serve my Executor [brother John Bacon and William O'Neal] until he is free. Also Negro boy named Peter who is 6 years and 3 months old. Peter's time of servitude to be divided between my brothers andmy sisters. That my Executors should sell the remaining Negroes, during the time of their servitude, to pay my debts. The remaining Negroes being a girl named Bess (aged 13 years and 6 months), Negro boy named Sam (aged 11 years and 6 months), Negro boy named Harry (aged 9 years and 10 months).
