Abstract All my real estate during her naturl life subject to the following provisions: all my black people are to be free at the following times: Delia and Hannah at the time of my death, Benjamin 1818, Rachel 1823, Daniel 1826, Isaac 1828 and Abraham 1831 on the first day of the several years or sooner if wife Rhoda so to free them. If my wife should die before these dates I empower Manaen Bull to find a good "Master" for them. Negroes are to receive land near W. Uriah Short's land.
