Per deposition of Thomas Jenkins 39 yo son of George Jenkins, deceased: Jenkins swore that in 2 months following death of his father he found papers in his trunk & he was familiar with his handwriting. He also swore that "many years ago he heard his father say that he had drawn up the will of Negro James Pritchard" and that Capt. Abner Parrott & James Buckley were witnesses.
