Negroes Rachel, Joe, Ester, Henry, Leah, Sarah, Harry, Daniel, Charlotte, Dennis, William & Eliza to serve him for the term of 35 years & then they are to be free - however if any of them display conduct,"deport and demean themselves" to Blaney's displeasure, then he is authorized to sell them
