Hannah freed at testatrix's decease & to have testatrix's house & one lot that stands along w/ trees on condition that some of the fruit be applied for use of granddaughter Mary Barnaby. Also to find room for Hannah's sister Hester in case of distress and not otherwise. Jem to be freed on condition that he serve Richard Robinson for 2 years. Perry to serve Mary J. Barnaby for 10 years and then to be free.
