Abstract 20 feet of ground part of lot which I have purchased or leased of Henry Nicol, Esq now of Baltimore, to be laid be laid beginning at corner of my said lot close to old house now occupied by Susan Bailey and running north to lot owned by heirs of Horation Kott & then westerly w. division fence between heirs of Kott & testarix & thence southerly w/ an extended line on east side of Talbot Lane straight to beginning. Desires when Susan dies, that she will will the land to her testatrix's four grandchildren. Should Susan make any other claim against estate, land left to her to pass to testatrix's grandchildren - since Susan had been charged no rent by testatrix - the devise of land should serve as compensation for services she has or may render to me
