Abstract: When any one of my negroes shall arrive at age 40 may be desirous of going to Africa permanently to reside then his or her master or mistress shall surrender them up for that object and furnish them with the aid necessary to enable them to settle in the land of ther forefather being impressed with the firm conviction that it would be for their best interests, as to setting them free in this country or prohibit them from being sold for rebellious conduct I absolutely object to as being an injury to society and equally so to the slave.
