Abstract all my slaves on my "Tilghman's Forest" farm and "Muddy Branch" farm (except the ones hereafter given to Anna Maria Margaret Brice). To Anna Maria M. Brice - my slave Emory who goes in schooner, her choice of 6 negroes among those on estate given Harriot, Anna Catharine and Mary Lloyd - said negroes between 17 and 13 and 3 negroes from estate given to my son Matthew and negro man Jerry who is hired out in Kent Co. and said negro to be sold or rented out so as he may live near his wife.
