Abstract I made a deed to him for 1 acre of land with small log house situated on part of "Milches Chance" tha I got of Bosticks where young Jack or John, son of said Jack now lives and for fear that there should be any defect in the conveyance, I will to said Jack or John, a free negro, that has but one hand and is known as Capt. Browns old Jack one acre to be laid out to bound with lands of Robert Moody and Money's land to include the house.
