Abstract to serve testator's son James for the term of 10 years & then to be free; but should he abscond in the mean time then he is to be sold to the highest bidder. For every year of service he provides, James is to pay him the sum or $50 and James is to find him suitable clothes. Should either James or Jerry be dissatisfied w/ this arrangement, then Jerry is to be sold to some resident of Maryland for the term of 10 years and not less that for $500 and Jerry is to have the choice of purchaser.
