Maria to serve until the end of 1824 and then to be free and her children shall serve until they are 24 and then to be free. Leah and her youngest child to be free at execution of will and her son James to serve 22 years from 1st January next. Negro man Tom Tharpe and Negro man Jefferson shall each serve for 9 years from 1st January next.
