Abstract …..testator's son Severn to pay him 100 pounds on condition George does not receeive legacy left to him - it being in chancery. To have 100 pounds now in chancery - if recovered, if not then the above bequest, should he recover the 100 pounds now in chancery then he is to give up all claim to Negroes that are property of testator's widow that were recoved by the testator with a considerable expense
