Abstract in division of my negroes as above directed, it is my will that they be arranged in families as far as practicable and if the parties (Joseph Graham acting for his ward) cannont agree, 2 or more disinterested persons to be selected to make the diviison or then the Orphans Court to name persons. In hiring out my negroes it is my desire that homes be procured for them in Talbot county so as to prevent as far as practicable the separation of husbands, wives and children
