Abstract my only servant girl Allice Ann Mill, being now 17 yo to be sold for the mutual benefit of testator's children Nicholas Edwin, Juli and Charles Henry Bromwell. To only be sold to a resident of this state as I do not wish her to be sold out of state. To serve until she arrives to age of 31 years when she is to be set free and at liberty. Children to share alike and be held by their guardian for their maintenance and education.
