Abstract my house and adjoining lots in Easton at the South East corner and all the rest and residue of my property, real and personal. Lots were conveyed to testator by Charles Robinson, merchant, and Alexander Dodd, blacksmith of said town by deed enrolled in Talbot County records. Caroline to be sole executrix."Having at all times demeaned myself as a slave and since my manumission, in a manner to serve, I trust the kindness extended to me since coming to Easton, I may be permitted to ask a continuance of this kindness in behalf of my said wife, so that her rights under this paper may be maintained."
