Abstract | All my remaining negroes, save Lucretia Wells, not herein before specifically devised and bequeathed to legatees herein befoe named, be divided as soon after my decease as conveniently may be among my children then living of my deceased daughter Henrietta Jenkins - and should it be necessary to sell any portion of them on account of the insufficiency of the funds provided for payment or debts. It being my intention that in no event shall the specific bequests of negroes made by me be taken for the purpose of payment of my debts. |
