Abstract | It is my will & desire and I leave all my servants, free at the age of 30 years and as they may respectively arrive at the age of 30 years, and it is my will and desire that al my slaves under 30 years of age shall be sold by my executors to serve until they shall arrive at 30 years of age subject to the issue of said slaves being free at the age of 30 years, and it is my wish my said executors (Charles T. Goldsborough & Richard I Denny) should sell them to residents in the neighbourhood and not out of the county, regard being had to the selection of such homes or masters as my said slaves may select and the proceeds of the sales of my slaves to be equally divided among my sister Mary A. Denny, Alice Jane Goldsborough, Emily M. Paca, and Sally Ann Rhodes. |
