Abstract to have all right, title, and interest in the following Negroes: Evelina - slave for life, Mary Ann to serve for a term ending the 1st day of January 1848, Maria - for the term ending 1st of January 1850, Joseph Chamberlain aged about 9 - a slave for life and Helen Janett aged about 6 years - a slave for life - and should Lucy to choose to do so, testatrix desires that the last two named Negroes be manumitted and freed when they arrive at the age of 30.
