Abstract to be free on the 1st day of January 1843 provided that he shall continue to serve faithfully as a good servant, but if he shall at any time abscond or run away or be convicted of any breach of the peace and also providded he shall within 6 months from time of his liberation emigrate to Liberia or some other American Colony in Africa otherwise he is to have not benefit from the bequest and remain a slave for life.
