Abstract whereas the manumission laws of the state may be in force at the time of testator's decease and that of his widow, then Negroes that should prefer to remain as slaves rather than accept their freedom on the conditions of the laws that in such case it shall be lawful for any of testator's children to have Negro either by lot or otherwise but not to be sold out of the State of Maryland.
