Curtis, ratified 27 Oct., 1840, annulled; appears two negroes, Mary & Wesley, included in division, but not appraised in inventory by exe., have since been awarded by Wm. W. Handy & Isaac D. Jones, arbitrators chosen by William Furniss & Stoughton Ross, guardian to William Adams, & George A. Cox, who intermarried with Louisa Adams, and are property of said Furniss; Levin Tyler & Wm. H. Curtis to redivide negroes
