Abstract Agreement between J. W. Crisfield, attorney for John H. King (exe. of Margaret Done), & Wm. W. Handy, attorney for Mary Judah; Mary Juday & John H. King, exe. of Margaret Done, agree that Isaac D. Jones, Esq., to decide issues between them; 1. the right of property to negro boy Charles, mentioned in will of Margaret Done; 2. if found to be property of Mary Judah, to decide sum due said King, as exe., for raising said negro.
