Text Levin Winder and William Done were appointed to divide the personal property of Robert Elzey, deceased between his widow Elizabeth Elzey and the administrators of William G. Waters, deceased. Elizabeth Elzey was assigned Old Beck, Bridget, Tilpha, Lovia and children, Jesse, Robert, Matilda, Nthan, Junior, Hamilton, Patience and children Frederick, Benjamin, Jacob, old Frank, Harry, Ned, Denwood, Isaiah, Hannah, Nancy, Fiffy, Henry, Gatty, Shadrack, Nancy and Beck and various stock. There is a negro woman called Sally who is now in languishing condition and who was not taken by either party, but will remain at the joint expence until she recovers or dies.
