Text Orphans Court appointed John Stewart and William Wallers appraisers to report on the real estate of Elizabeth (Betsy) Bell, orphan in the care of Doct. John King, her guardian. 19 Mar 1806 appraisers report that there are slaves Bob, Issac, Henry, Lizey, Rachel, one small stable, 1000 pannels fence 10 logs to the pannel, 770 pannels with 8 logs to the pannel, 140 apple trees, 140 young peach trees and 50 old peach trees. The proportion of said lands in woods is 50 acres and annual value, including negroes is L85.
