Text William Handy, Sr. and James Disharoon are appointed to make a division of negroes belongingn to the estate of Captain James Bennett, deceased, between the widow and children. 26 Apr 1814 negroes divided to the widow: Jack, Job, Lydia & Matty: to Richard Bennett: Levin and Gatty; to Anthony Bennett: big Israel; to Samuel George Washington Bennett: Charles and Maria; to Martha Jane: Milcah, John; the widow to keep old negroes ofno value Hercules and Ibby.
