Text The orphans court appointed Joseph Dashiell and James Dashiell appraisers to report on the real estate of Dickerson D. Mezick, orphan in the care of Robert Dougherty, his guardian. 5 Oct 1812 appraisers reported one boy Harry 18 yrs, girl Bett 15 yrs, one dwelling house and three other old houses, 33 acres of land of which 17 acres are in wood, 10 acres in cultivation and six acres in marsh, a windmill not in good order, an apple and peach orchard, annual value L10.15. Filed April Term 1813.
