Message Body Dear Sir enclosed please find report of Dames Quarter School from February 7th to March 7th I believe this to be a true report of the condition of the above named school. I came here on the 9th inst. & left Dames Quarter on the 8th inst, please inform me what is meant by a paying school mentioned in your letter.
