Message Body We the under Signed Commissioners of a School in operation for the Education of Cold Children in the first election Dist Caroline Co Md would most respectfully represent that we are at present without a Teacher for our School, and no prospect of getting a qualified Teacher here we would therefore most respectfully request you to send us a Teacher and your petitioners will ever by Thankful &c
