Abstract Information about the Enslaved Person/People | I give my son Nathaniel Simkins five of my negroes: Stephring, Ben, Elijah, Sam & George to serve him unti they arrive to age of 40 years & then to be free forever. Remaining part of estate 0 Land, Negros, stock, etc. may be divided between loving wife Ann Simkins & my children Arthur Simkins Sally Simkins, Betsey Simkins, Ann Simkins & Polly Simpkins. My negroes who have arrived to age of 40 years may be free at my death; all the rest may be Free as they arrive to the age, they & their posterity forever.
