Abstract Information about the Enslaved Person/People | Being possessed of the following persons as my proper slaves, to wit, James, Adah the elder, Abraham, Stephen, Leah and Jacob, Allis, Mary, Beck, Esther, Young Adah, Rachel the elder, Darkey, Sabra, Nicey, Bridget, Tinney, Comfort, Scipes, Nathaniel, Peter, Nelson, Shadrac, George, Rachel the Younger, Edey, Shop Isaac, Yellow Isaac, Stephen, Abel, Dean, Abraham, and Jacob Thompson and the Slaves which I am ... by virture of marriage with my late wife Rosanna deceased to wit: Adah, Milley and Leah and their increase or children shall be born of any of them after this date, in consideratin of the faithful services, good conduct and demeanor of said slaves respectively do manumit... from all duties of Slavery.. all those that shall be of age 21 years, at my Death to be immediately free, except the two said Abraham and Dean who are TBF when each are 44 years of age and those under the age of 21 at my Death, to remain & continue with my Children & serve them until each of the said infant slaves shall respectively arrive to age of 21 years, and then to be free persons.....
