Abstract Information about the Enslaved Person/People I set free the following Negro Slaves & give them the Sirnames of Freeman - to wit - James,Phillis, Bable, Nat, Beck & Rachel TBF from this day and their increase forever. Absolem, abraham, Gad, Dan & Sarah TBF as they arrive to lawful age, a) provided in said act of General Assembly & their Progeny so far as I can give viz: the increase of the females.
