Abstract An Indenture made by the Overseers of the Poor and Heley D. Bagwell to carry out an order made in the County Court dated 31 December 1832 to bind Nancy Sunket Free until the age of twenty one, unto Heley D. Bagwell, who will provide sufficient Meat, Drink, Washing, Lodging, and Wearing Apparel, and also pay her Twelve Dollars at the expiration of the said time.
