Abstract An Indenture made between the Overseers of the Poor and Wm. Budd of McKeil carry out an order made in County Court 25 June 1810 to bind Henry Drummond, a free boy of Colour until the age of twenty one, unto Wm. Budd who will provide sufficient Meat, Drink, Washing, Lodging, Wearing Apparel and teach him the trade of Farmer and also pay him Twelve Dollars at the expiration of the said time
