Abstract An Indenture made between the Overseers of the Poor and Polley Dillastatius to carry out an order made in County Court 31 October 1803 to bind Cyrus son of Juda freed by Charles Stockly until the age of twenty one, unto Polley Dillastatius who provide sufficient Meat, Drink, Washing, Lodging, and Wearing Apparel, teach her reading, writing and arithmetic, the trade of a Farmer and also pay him Twelve Dollars at the expiration of the said time.
